How to store
It is possible to keep the product at room temperature for about 8 months before opening. After opening, we recommend storing it in a refrigerator. However, it is recommended to eat the product as soon as possible after opening, even if you are keeping it in a refrigerator. Keep in mind, that by storing product in a freezer the rice cake can get cracked.
Is it okay to keep the product in a room temperature even it's not vacuum packaging?
The product is packed together with the oxygen absorber, so it's a semi-vacuum packaging that has no different from the vacuum packaging.
Is it okay to eat even if the moisture occurs?
If moisture occurs in a sealed product, the reason can be in temperature difference, since 40% of the rice cake is moisture.
The rice cakes smell like alcohol. Is it safe to eat?
The reason why the product smells like alcohol is because alcohol is used to prevent the rancidity of the rice cake, so it's totally safe to eat.
