In addition to persimmon vinegar, persimmon leaf tea, and dried persimmon using persimmon, which is a special product of Jangseong, North Korea, pickles, kimchi, paste, salted fish, and traditional food are manufactured.
All of the side dishes of the Bukha are seasoned with peppers and beans grown on their own. In consideration of the health of our customers, we do not add any harmful chemical seasonings to our seasonings. In addition, Samchae(hooker chives), which have excellent antioxidant effect, are immersed in persimmon vinegar and blended into the product to preserve the original taste of the ingredients while enhancing the nutritional content. This is a patented technology unique to Bukha.

Pickles made in a traditional way
Bukha soy sauce was made from soybeans grown in Jangseong, Jeollanam-do, Korea. The soy sauce was used to make delicious pickles. We pierced the peppers with a needle so that the seasoning was well absorbed. Then, the red pepper was soaked in soy sauce and aged.
