The HID lamps technology :
 it consists of light are between two electrodes in a microenvironment of xenon gas and metal halide salts hermetically sealed in a tiny quartz capsule.
 For the HID system, electronic ballast and harness are required to start and maintain the electrical discharge.
 HID lamps and the appropriate harness create the perfect combination for a complete system solution.
Feature:
• 100% brighter than halogen lamps and 300 % greater luminous efficacy 
• At 4,500° Kelvin Xenon lights have a color temperature closer to natural daylight than conventional halogen light (3,200° K) and easier on the eyes to find view.
The brighter output means that the road is lighted brightly much better. Therefore drivers stay focused and can react more quickly to any obstacles, signs, or dangers. 
The light refraction can be reduced to a minimum, so the counterpart approaching vehicles become not dazzled.
Manufacturing process:
In our soltech factory, we are performing the inspection in the very process the Best Quality, and our production lines
 are also being controlled and maintained daily basis. 
According to the product specification, each process uses their inspection devices and they control
 their production process matching to the dimension, and every types of test are performed in Soltech Research and Development Laboratory
 that are necessary for developed products, we can operate both products improvement and launching the new products into the marketplace.
