Fully Automated Steam Sterilizer 
Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave) has a very simple role. Keeping high pressure and temperature safe. 
However, this simple role is very essential for all the laboratories. 
An autoclave is used for sterilizing(killing) all the germs and bacteria which could damage or contaminate the results of testing activities.
All of our products are strictly managed by ourselves at our site.

SJ-AD series
Convenient and Safe would be the two words that perfectly describe SJ-AD series. 
It offers 3 different chamber capacities, 62 liters / 81 liters / 106 Liters.
SJ-AD series carries out the users' needs in operating and safety excellently. 
SJ-AD series can keep the temperature of 135 ℃ safely. Also,  SJ-AD series conforms to the assessment of the CE PED(Pressure Equipment Directive).
This ensures a high level of safety. 
To save users valuable time, SJ-AD series provides 5 memory slots. Different time and temperature values can be pre-set.
With our 30 years of experience, we developed the most efficient heating and sterilizing algorithm
 
Fully Automated Process
Door Check - Water Level Check - Heating - Residual Air Remove - Sterilization - Steam Vent - Complete. 
 
Other safety devices:
Low Thermal Conductive Door Cover - Extremely hot surface is covered well for user.
Door Lock Check - It will not start heating unless the door lock sensor is activated. 
Safety Interlock - Door will only open when the temperature and pressure are fully cooled down. 
Water Level Sensor - To prevent damages to the steam generators, It senses the level of Water in the chamber.
Automatic Water Supply - If the water level sensor detects the lack of water, it automatically supplies water from the reservior tank.
Over Temp. Prevention / Over-Pressure Prevention / Safety Valve / Manual Steam Valve / Circuit Breaker / Etc
