Introduction
The company, which opened in 2009, grew by providing solar power solutions to the early solar market. It has been recognized for its technology by supplying large-capacity shortening systems to many domestic projects, and based on this, it has expanded its scope to a company that supplies solar integrated systems. The Korea Energy Corporation registered as a participating company in the supply project and promoted the first renewable energy convergence project in Jeollanam-do, and jointly invested Suncheon Bay ECO, Palma ECO, and Haeryong ECO power plants to design, construct, and operate 3MW and 4.4MWh of solar energy. Based on this, the company is promoting the construction of Microgrids in the region and provides a solution to efficiently operate the energy production and consumption of distributed power sources in public and private sectors through the Total Operation Center (TOC) of Renewable Enegrgy for Suncheon City . In the second half of last year, it was selected as the organizer of the convergence microgrid technology development project of the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation, and through this, it will become a leading company in energy efficiency in the region.
Last year, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy approved the reorganization of the project to enter the water electrolysis business, and is pushing for a change from the existing renewable energy center to the new energy industry. We want to enter a new industry by commercializing water electrolysis facilities, which are essential elements for green hydrogen production, from the perspective of existing system operation technology. As a result, it was selected as ATC+ project to strengthen the capabilities of the research institute and received technical development support for 4 years. As a business reorganization project, it is expected that it will gain more momentum to enter new industries.
