Shipping and Returns

We are experiencing potential shipping delays as a result of our increased safety measures in response to COVID-19.

Our priority continues to be protecting our community and team, as well as ensuring your order is delivered safely.

Shipping

Our warehouse processes and ships orders within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.

Any orders made over the weekend or on holidays will be sent out the following business day.

Please be aware that depending on your country, you may have to pay additional import duties or customs

when you receive your shipment. We do not have control over these charges.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

J.Gracelet will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
