PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with air bearing
 
PMSM motor uses the design optimized for high-speed rotation that can minimize current losses, and provides top efficiency of 98%.
 
- Directly connected to the impeller without any driving force

- Design optimized for high-speed rotation
 
- Inverter frequency conversion for a rotational speed of max. 120,000 RPM
 
- Heat sink structure with small size compared to the given capacity
 
- Rated current of 4.5% for operation, thus requiring no additional driving unit
 
- Start-stop test conducted 120,000 times or more
 
- High-speed permanent magnet motor has a much smaller size than the general induced motor.
 
- Accurate speed control.
 
- Perfectly independent cooling method where the cooling fan connected to the motor axis is rotated to cool the motor with the external air sucked in.
 
- Perfect air-cooled system unlike the water-cooled system requiring complex cooling water circulation systems, such as pumps, etc.
 
- No maintenance such as cooling water replenishment, pump maintenance, etc.
 
- The structure is designed to release the heated air into the atmosphere after cooling the motor, thereby increasing the cooling efficiency.
 
- PM motor assembly includes the air bearing and high precision impeller to realizes the highest efficient compression system.
