PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rising Stem Ball Valve
DHCv Rising stem ball valve are friction free high performance valves for oil gas and process application where zero leakage and heavy duty operation are required.
For common metal sheet ball valves, the durability can be enhanced through the coating on the ball surface, but the expected life time will be inevitably shortened due to the repeated open and
close under the condition of high temperature.
For the complexed gas and chemical plants or industry, the application of rising stem ball valve which can avoid the friction between metal seat and ball basically in order to open and close flow path repeatedly is increasing.
The stem movement of rising stem ball valve to upward and downward rotates the ball, and due to this movement, the non-contact rotation is being materialized by isolating the contact between seat and ball.
Rising stem ball valve to materialize the special function mentioned in the above has a wedge shape lower section for valve body to connect with seat and, has a guide groove for converting the up-and-down motion to rotary motion.
