Under international code like ASME, PED, DNV and KEPIC, SUNG IL (SIM) performs engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection and packing to make piping spools in the special shop. SUNG IL (SIM) also supplies piping spools to a power plant and On/Off shore plant to construct it easily on site. SUNG IL (SIM) has performed a quality management system with a specific guide about working conditions, pre-heating, fit-up, welding, and a standard and guide officialized to utilize in a computer system. Through all of this, we're manufacturing high quality shop fabricated piping and induction bend products.

Induction Bending
The induction bending process is a part of shop-fabricated piping and also an independent business that provides services to fabricate customized bends.
The applicability of induction bends utilized in various industries has been expanded by development of a small radius bending technique as a solution to replace elbow to reduce the number of weld-joints of pipelines. SUNG IL's innovative and unique technique so called compressive force bending has achieved a drastically minimized wall thinning rate and led to a wide range of applications in nuclear and thermal power generation industries.
