Instructions for Use
• Preparation
Ensure that all components of the kit are at room temperature before starting.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

• Sample Collection
Open the collection tube provided in the kit.
Rinse your mouth with clean water to remove any food particles.
Gently scrape the inside of your cheek with the provided swab for about 30 seconds to collect oral epithelial cells.
Place the swab into the collection tube and break off the handle at the marked line, leaving the swab tip in the tube.

• Preservation
Add the provided preservation buffer (1 ml) to the collection tube containing the swab.
Securely cap the tube and shake it gently to mix the sample with the preservation buffer.

• Storage and Transportation
Store the collection tube at room temperature.
Ensure the tube is properly labeled with relevant sample information.
The sample can be stored for up to one year at room temperature without compromising DNA integrity.
