Instructions for Use

Ensure all components are at room temperature before beginning the collection process.

Open the collection tube provided in the kit.
For nasopharyngeal sample collection, gently insert the swab into one nostril until it reaches the nasopharynx, then rotate it gently to collect the sample.
For oropharyngeal sample collection, insert the swab into the mouth and gently rub the swab over the tonsillar areas and posterior pharynx.

Place the swab into the collection tube and break off the handle at the marked line, leaving the swab tip in the tube.
Add the preservation buffer (2 ml) to the collection tube containing the swab.
