What is "Sag" ?
It is called "Dip" in IEC and "Sag" in the United States
It refers to a phenomenon in which the RMS voltage decreases within 0.1 to 0.9 pu during one second of 0.5 cycle in the power supply system
it can be said to a phenomenon in which a fauli caused by a lightning stroke occurs in a device constituting a power system and the effective value voltage is reduced to 0.1 to 0.9 pu for 0.5 cycle to 300m/s while removing the fault.
