PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pressure Conductive Rubber Socket
Key Features
1. PCR has many advantages over conventional Pogo by having an Au-coated Ni powder element inside a Silicon Elastomer with excellent elasticity and insulation.
2. A perforated pattern is formed in a vertical direction on a silicon body made of an elastic material, and then a conductive pattern is formed by filling the perforated pattern with a conductive powder.
3. The semiconductor device and the inspection circuit board are electrically connected using the principle that conductivity is formed in the vertical direction by pressure generated when the conductive powder forming the conductive pattern contacts the semiconductor device.
