Function
· Belt alignment switch transmit stop signal when detecting conveyor belt’s meandering.
· It is used to protect rock fall for meandering.

Features
· this switch installs the belt alignment swith on both sides of the belt conveyor to stop conveyor when the belt is out of service.
It is mainly used in steelmaking, cement, chemicalsn and thermal power plants.
· Belt alignment switch transmit stop signal when detecting conveyor belt’s meandering.
· It is used to protect rock fall for meandering.
· It is used to protect in edge of conveyor belt.
· If conveyor belt becomes to well line up, switch also becomes to normal state in according to inner spring tension
· Switch works when micro switch contact tilts to 25°. (Due to meandering)

Installation
· This product must be installed as pair at both ends of the conveyor belt.
· When installing the product, save some spaces between belt and roller.

Cautions
· The standard of inlet and outlet is PF3/4"". Explosive cable grand (IP66 or higher) shall be used.
Be careful not to seal the inlet and outlet, as this may cause water resistance.
· When disassembling and reassembling the cover for a wiring connection, tighten the bolts on each part as much as possible to maintain tightness.
· Do not arbitrarily dismantle the fastening bolts on the body. If there is a problem with the product and the bolt needs to be dismantled,
be careful not to dislodge the O-ring when re-engaging, and tighten the bolts as much as possible to maintain confidentiality.
· Installation that differs from electrical specifications can cause problems with the product. Use product as suitable specifications.
