Cautions

Pile Driver

Vibrating pile driver that generates high speed rotation and deliver a high energy to pile object is piling and extracting equipment.

Please be cautions to prevent any accident such as burn, impact accident and equipment damage during huge force and energy generation operation.

Please keep a regular maintenance and management to extend machine lifecycle.

· Please lay down pile driver on the ground when it is not working.
· Please move a work place after checking grip object in a clamping jaw.
· Please be cautions to prevent any burn yourself when contact hydraulic oil, gear box and hydraulic motor during repair work.

Operation and mode setting

· Stop valve’s ON & OFF should be followed in order.
· Please read the following instruction thoroughly to prevent hydraulic motor damage.
· Please set “HAMMER operation mode” of excavator operation mode.
· Please change to “Breaker mode” in case of Crusher mode
· Please open a high-pressure valve of stop valve after a low-pressure valve open.
· When pile hammer disassembles, please close low pressure valve after high pressure valve close of stop valve to prevent hydraulic motor damage.
· “Drain line” for vibrating motor must be installed.
