Introduction

This product is a finishing machine that applies the vibration and spiral motion that are caused by the unbalanced weights attached to both edges of the motor. This machine is the most widely used for the barrel finishing work. The work piece mixed with the barrel media goes through the finishing process due to the friction motion inside the round-shaped barrel tank. The process is suitable for the finishing works ranging from a rough finishing work to a glossy one. In particular, this machine is proper for various surface finishing works, including the ones for removing burrs, scale and the pre-treatment for plating processes and burnishing works.

Also, this machine is suitable for the finishing works for medium and small size products that do not require frequent replacement of barrel media. This product can be more efficient than the centrifugal finishing machine when one cycle of finishing work does not run exceeding 2 hours. In case of the GVA type product that has a separator installed inside, the work piece and the finishing media are to be separated after the finishing process ends, helpful saving manpower and time.
