Introduction

PETRO TAPE is composed mainly of petrolatum, tannin, inert silica and special anti-corrosive agents, it will never evaporate, harden and its viscosity will never change. It will never crack or peel off.

Since it can perfectly adhere to any material and any complicated shape, the viscosity film formed on the applied surface

prevents the penetration of moisture or air onto the applied surface. Thus, prevents all physical factors of corrosion. Because the

composition of PETRO TAPE is chemically stable; it will resist acids, alkali and salts. The anti-corrosive effect never change with climate or temperature.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

The application of PT-310 series is very simple, even  un-skilled person can  easy apply it.

SURFACE TREATMENT - Remove rust with wire - brush and wipe soil with rags.

PETRO PASTE COATING - Apply regularly PETRO PASTE by hands with 300~500g/m2 range.

PETRO MASTIC FILLER - Apply on complicated, uneven surface as filler in Valve, Flange, Unevenness

because came out space when tape wrapping in Valve, Flange, Unevenness.

PETRO TAPE WRAPPING - Overlap above 15min(30~50%). After swathing, level the tape with stroking

Using your  hands to remove the joints according to the line.

P.V.C FIRM TAPE WRAPPING - P.V.C FIRM TAPE is used in place where finishing.
